Top to bottom renovation and extension completed 2023
Entry
Our clients brief was to open up the entry to allow both more room and more natural light.
While doing this they also wanted to modernise the space. We used high end materials that flowed through the rest of the house and made a functional feature out of the under stair storage area because we can be fancy like that.
Rumpus Room
Our clients dream was to remove two small windows and replace them with one large scale picture window.
We made it happen. The rumpus room went from a dark, cramped, confused space to a bright, open and functional retreat that serves the whole family.
Living and Dining
The extension phase.
This house came with a sort of hexagonal dining room that was neither cute nor functional. It had to go. We squared the odd room off and extended the dining room to give our clients more room to entertain in a beautiful functional space.
Kitchen
The showstopper.
The kitchen is the heart of the home. This kitchen is no exception. We combined the existing kitchen and dining room to create our clients dream space opening up to not only the living and dining room but also the backyard allowing for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
